Our program provides an activity based environment that supports the social/emotional, physical, cognitive and language development of young children. The classroom staff believes preschool students learn the best through manipulation and handling of concrete objects in contrast to passive listening or using work sheets. We will guide and mentor the children using play, experimentation, reasoning and social collaboration. The most important goal in our preschool curriculum is for children to get along well with others and become enthusiastic learners!

Michigan law requires that shcools report the possisble occurrence of any communicable disease to the local health department on a weeklly basis. To assist Childlren's Garden in reporitng possible communicable diseases to GCHD and prevent possible outbreaks, please be specific when reporting your child's absence.
