Our program provides an activity based environment that supports the emotional, social, cognitive and language development of young children. The classroom staff believes that preschool students learn the best through manipulation and handling of concrete objects in contrast to passive listening or using work sheets. The teacher's main goal is to guide and mentor the children using play, experimentation, reasoning and social collaboration.
Slideshows Class Announcements  Colony Quality MeatsColony Quality Meats owner, Scott Smith, partnered with Children's Garden Preschool by decorating the meat case with the children's art work. Three and four-year-old students in Lori Langs' and Heather Seide's classrooms made hearts for Valentine's Day and shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day. Sam Smith, featured in the photo, attended Children's Garden Latchkey when he was in elementary school. Sam's niece and nephew currently attend Children's Garden Preschool.
